As a passionate fitness professional, I am certified and trained to provide valuable instruction for people of all shapes, sizes, and levels of experience.
I am prepared to educate, encourage, and empower you to be fit and live well. I work with people who are new-to-exercise, 50+, seniors, moms (pre-and post-natal fitness), and those seeking to lose weight. I have had success training men and women of all fitness levels.
