My name is Cynthia Akey, and I want to be your yoga and fitness trainer. I am a passionate fitness professional who has been in the health and wellness field since 2005.
I am prepared to educate, encourage, and empower you to be fit and live well. I work with people who are new-to-exercise, 50+, seniors, moms (pre-and post-natal fitness), and those seeking to lose weight. I have had success training men and women of all fitness levels.
